With this work package, we empower VET trainers and employers to jointly implement short-term vocational training courses in Hotel Operations by developing and delivering a Train-the-Trainer program and Practice Guidelines. This ensures that key training providers (trainers and employers) have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively deliver training to people with fewer opportunities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
